Why We Choose to Love God
Monday May 19, 2025
Monday May 19, 2025
Text: 1 John 4:16 (NIV)
“And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them.”
THE LOVE WE ALL LONG FOR
Every person is born with a hunger for love.
We chase it in relationships… careers… even in approval from strangers online. But deep inside, there’s a craving that nothing in this world can fill.
Why?Because we were made by Love and for Love.As 1 John 4:16 declares, “God is love.”
And if God is love, then everything else is just a shadow of what we truly need.To know Him… is to finally know real love.

Thursday May 15, 2025

Luke 5:1–11 – The first miraculous catch of fish
John 21:1–14 – The second miraculous catch after the resurrection
Have you ever worked so hard… only to come up empty?Have you tried everything—every method, every effort, every connection—but the results are still zero?
Peter and the disciples knew that feeling. They fished all night and caught nothing.
But one encounter with Jesus changed everything.
Jesus said, “Cast your nets into the deep” — and everything shifted. Today, He is saying the same to you:
“If you’ll trust Me, I will turn your emptiness into purpose. Your failure into a calling. Your ordinary work into Kingdom impact.”

Mastered or Mastering? The Call to Cultivate Self-Control in Christ.
Friday May 02, 2025
Friday May 02, 2025
“A man without self-control is like a city broken into and left without walls.” – Proverbs 25:28 (ESV)
WHY SELF-CONTROL MATTERS MOST FOR BELIEVERS
Self-control is not just a good habit — it’s fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22–23). For those who follow Jesus Christ, cultivating self-control is not optional; it is the mark of being under the Lordship of Christ rather than being ruled by our emotions, habits, or fleshly desires.

WALKING IN CIRCLES

Numbers 13–14, Deuteronomy 1:2-3, Hebrews 3:7-19
Why Do We Walk in Circles?
Have you ever felt like you are going through the motions, but not really moving forward in life?
Even seasoned Christians—those saved for years—sometimes find themselves in seasons where they feel stuck, dry, aimless.
Today, let’s look at the Israelites, freshly redeemed from Egypt, yet found themselves wandering for 40 years — walking in circles.
